Integrations
Connect Schwab, Alpaca, Tradier or tastytrade, or start free on Nyria Paper. Plus Whop and Stripe for selling your strategies.
Integrations are your connected broker accounts, exchanges, and third-party services. They're what enable automated trading and strategy monetization.
Overview
Each integration you add allows you to:
- Execute trades automatically through connected accounts
- Access strategies from other users (for Whop/Stripe integrations)
- Monetize your own strategies (for Whop or Stripe sellers)
You can connect unlimited integrations across different brokers and services.
Start here: Nyria Paper is a simulated account built into Nyria. One click, no credentials, free on every plan, and it covers stocks, options and crypto spot, and it is the only place perpetuals run today. It is the fastest way to get a strategy executing.
Broker Integrations
Broker integrations connect your brokerage or exchange accounts to Nyria, allowing bots to place trades on your behalf.

Account Types
When connecting a broker, you'll choose between:
- Paper Trading - Test your strategies with simulated funds. Available on Nyria Paper (always), Alpaca, and Tradier
- Live Trading - Execute real trades with real money. Available on Schwab, Alpaca, Tradier and tastytrade
Schwab and tastytrade are live-only. Test those strategies on Nyria Paper first. Where a broker offers only one mode, Nyria picks it for you and skips the question.
Always test your strategies with paper trading first before going live. Ensure you understand all risks involved in automated trading, and read Paper Trading for what a simulated fill does not test.
Connecting a Broker
- Click Integrations in the left sidebar
- Find your broker in the Brokers grid and click its card
- Click Connect live account or Connect paper account, whichever the broker offers
- Complete the connection: one click for Nyria Paper, a broker sign-in for Schwab, tastytrade and Tradier live, and API credentials for everything else
- The broker's card now shows the account as connected
Once connected, you can use this integration when deploying bots.
Managing Broker Integrations
Your connected brokers will show their current status:
- Connected - Ready to use for bot deployment
- Reauth Required - Token expired, click to reconnect
- Disconnected - Integration no longer active
You can disconnect integrations at any time. Note that disconnecting will pause all bots using that integration.

Security
Nyria never connects using your brokerage username and password. Every connection is either an OAuth authorization you grant at the broker, or an API key you generate yourself and can revoke at any time.
- We never receive your broker password, and there is no way for you to give us one
- Nyria cannot move money. The access it holds covers reading your accounts and positions, and placing and cancelling orders. It does not cover withdrawals, transfers, or changing account settings
- You can revoke it at any moment, from the broker's own app or by disconnecting the integration in Nyria
- Everything is encrypted in transit (TLS)
- Whop and Stripe API keys and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
Broker access tokens themselves are stored server-side in Nyria's database, and are not individually encrypted at rest today. If that matters to your threat model, prefer a broker that lets you scope an API key narrowly, keep the connected account funded only for what you intend to trade, and revoke the authorization when you are not trading.
Security & Your Money covers this in full, including where your money is held and how to revoke access from either end.
