TradersPost alternative: how Nyria differs
Where Nyria and TradersPost differ on alert formats, option legs, pricing and selling a strategy, with each TradersPost point taken from its public pages.
If your TradingView alerts run through TradersPost today, moving them to Nyria is mostly a new webhook URL. Before you do, it helps to know where the two products work differently. Every statement about TradersPost below comes from its public pricing page and documentation as they read on October 11, 2026.
What you need
- Your TradersPost alert messages, and the broker each strategy trades at.
- A Nyria account. Paper trading is free, needs no card and has no time limit, so you can run both products side by side on paper before you decide.
Where they differ
Alert formats
TradersPost's webhook documentation describes JSON messages, with ticker
and action required in every one. Nyria reads plain text or JSON, with no
template to match, so long SPY here is an alert as it stands. A TradersPost
JSON message works on Nyria as it is: Nyria reads ticker, action and the
other fields it knows, and takes the rest from your strategy.
Nyria also reads Discord channels and Telegram chats as alert sources, next to TradingView and a plain POST to the webhook. TradersPost's documentation covers Discord as an example bot you write and run yourself, which forwards channel messages to its webhook.
Option legs
TradersPost's options documentation says it supports directional trades only: you buy and sell calls or puts, and you can't hold more than one options position on the same underlying in the same broker account.
Nyria places spreads of up to 4 legs on one expiration, at Charles Schwab,
Tradier, tastytrade and Alpaca. Strikes come from delta, from a number of
strikes away from at-the-money, from an offset to another leg, or from the
alert itself, as in BTO SPY 12/18 580C.
Pricing model
TradersPost's pricing page sells plans by how many live accounts, paper accounts and asset classes you get, and charges $10 a month for each extra live account and $5 a month for each extra paper account.
Nyria prices on what your bots can enter with. Paper trading is free, for up to 10 paper bots. Live trading costs $100 a month per $10,000 of total entry allocation, which is the sum of every live bot's budget per entry. There is no per-bot or per-account fee.
Selling a strategy
TradersPost's page for strategy developers describes strategy templates: another user copies your settings into their own account, connects their own alert source and runs the strategy on their own alerts.
On Nyria, members run bots on your strategy and trade the alerts it receives. You bill them through your own Stripe or Whop checkout, and Nyria charges you $50 a month per member for each $10,000 of total entry allocation their tier allows. See how selling a strategy works.
Brokers and markets
TradersPost's site lists futures, and more brokers and crypto exchanges than Nyria connects today. If you need one of those, TradersPost is the better fit.
Step by step
- Create a Nyria account and connect the broker your TradersPost strategy trades at. Charles Schwab, live Tradier and tastytrade connect by signing in at the broker. Alpaca uses an API key you create.
- Create a strategy with the same alert source and the same entry and exit logic.
- In TradingView, replace the TradersPost webhook URL in your alert with the Nyria URL from the strategy's Integration tab. Leave the message as it is.
- Select Check format and check the ticker, side and legs Nyria read.
- Deploy a bot on Nyria Paper and run it beside TradersPost for a week.
- When the results match, edit the bot and pick your live account.
The migration guide covers each step in detail, and nyria.io/compare/traderspost has the side-by-side table.
Limits today
- Nyria places market and limit orders. It doesn't place bracket, OCO or trailing-stop orders: exits come from your exit alerts.
- Each order is sized by the bot's budget per entry, and there is no daily-loss cap.
- Live orders go to Charles Schwab, Tradier, tastytrade and Alpaca. Webull, TradeStation, Binance, Binance US, Coinbase, Coinbase US and Tradovate are coming soon, with no date set.
- No futures or forex.
